Admissions
Call the school to schedule an
observation session.
Observations are thirty minute sessions scheduled between the hours of 9:30 and 10:30 am. While in the classroom, please do not engage with the teachers or children, but rather record you thoughts and questions on the form provided. After observing, you will meet with the teacher and Program Director to share your thoughts. You may recieve an application at the close of your visit.
Return the
application
and fee.
Upon submission of your application and fee, you will receive an enrollment packet. The enrollment packet will include a questionaire, parent handbook, emergency contact forms, medical release form, and a request for immunization information or waiver. Please review and complete all forms. Return these forms to CMS with a non-refundable enrollment deposit of the first month's tuition. This will be credited to your child's first scheduled month of attendance.
Schedule a
home visit and/or a school visit.
An initial home visit is preferred for toddlers because it allows them to meet their new teacher in the familiar environment of their home. A school visit will give your child the opportunity to become familiar with their new learning environment before their first day of school. These visits are also an opportunity for you to meet with the Program Director and finalize any paperwork.
